Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Payment

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.
• Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but this will not affect confirmed bookings.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the course start date will receive a full refund minus a $50 administrative fee.
• Cancellations made 7-14 days before the course start date will receive a 50% refund.
• No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 7 days before the course start date.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to teacher sickness or major weather events. In this event, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another course date.

3. Course Attendance

• Participants under 18 must have parental consent.
• Attendees are expected to arrive on time.
• We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is disruptive or unsafe.

4. Health and Safety

• Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by the course instructors.
• Some chemicals used in darkroom processes may cause allergic reactions in some individuals. Participants are responsible for informing us of any known allergies or health conditions.
• Proper closed-toe footwear must always be worn in the darkroom.
• Please note that due to the specific design and physical constraints of our mobile darkroom caravan there is no wheelchair access and may not accommodate individuals with limited mobility, as access requires the ability to navigate steps and a confined space. The interior height is limited, and individuals over 190cm may not be able to stand upright comfortably inside the darkroom.

Participants are encouraged to contact us directly to discuss the possibility of working around individual needs.

5. Materials and Equipment

• While we take utmost care, we are not responsible for damage to personal equipment brought to the course.

6. Intellectual Property

• Any course materials provided remain the intellectual property of the course provider and may not be reproduced without permission.
• Participants retain copyright of their own photographic works created during the course.

7. Liability

• Our liability for any loss or damage suffered by participants is limited to the amount paid for the course.
• Participants are responsible for their own insurance coverage for personal accidents or loss of belongings.

8. Privacy

• Personal information collected will be used solely for course administration and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

• We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to participants.
